I am A relative caregiver taking care of my niece through state placement. Step Up has been a blessing to what otherwise would have been a desperate situation. Please stop trying to take away something from children and parents and caregivers who rely heavily on the support of this program.

The kids NEED this scholarship!! My niece and nephews went to private school thanks to step up! Their mother was a single mother and now they have successfully graduated high school and attending college. My first daughter is now in kindergarten and shes attending private school thanks to the step up program.

The thought of me losing my scholarship is heartbreaking. My kids are doing a 100% better in school now. I am so thankful for this program, because there is no way I could afford to send them to this great school, with the best teachers. What is so wrong with wanting something different for our kids.
