This scholarship has helped my son excell in his schooling, something I couldn't have done alone. I work hard and my taxes go towards this as well. I am a single mother and don't get government benefits but why take something from my son when I work and put money into everyday !

Without this scholarship. I don't know what my kids would do. Public school just doesn't have enough time to spend on each child. This scholarship has tremendously helped us because I could not afford it. It has made them striving and successful students.

My child loves attending a private school and learns better in a small classroom environment. He has had nothing but straight A' s since he began in kindergarden and he is now half way through Jim first grade year.

The scholarship has changed my life and my children's life. I'm a mom of 1 and a grandmother who is raising 3 grandkids. Please don't take away Step Up Scholarship. My daughter graduate as the valedictorian and my other three children are doing wonderful. If they take away the scholarship they will not longer be able to attend their school and for me it is very important that they receive a quality education and just not been measured by a state assesment test.
