Stop The Lawsuit Against Florida's Tax Credit Scholarships (Step Up For Students)

My daughter started with the public school system and struggle from day one. The class room were to big so the teacher could not spend time with her. I got her a scholarship with step up for students and she has made the A/B honor role. We as parents not only need this Tax credit scholarship we demand it. GOD BLESS.

We really need a program that helps the little people get an education that they choose as best for their child or children and not be stuck with whatever the state run schools offer. If we defied the state school is best than we have that option, if not, thank God for a program such as stepup for students, which is exactly as it says, it steps up for the students YEA!!! & thank you. This lawsuit is completely without merit and amounts to nothing more than a power grab by the litigants. I hope the Judge throws it out a second time.

The amount of money my children receive from SUFS scholarships is more than 3,000 less per child that it would cost the County if they were enrolled in public schools. SUFS saves the district money!

We parents should have the tools to provide the best education to our kids under the present socitety turmoil not the government. Reaching for the best not the least.

Stop the lawsuit! The Tax Credit Scholarships are extremely useful, specially when Public Schools are not providing a free education in a safe environment, with all services when students needs them. Scholarships gives our children an opportunity of succeed in a private school with less students per class, and permits children to learn about God, where public school is not permitted anymore. My experience with public schools is very sad, specially when they are intended to follow the law of no child left behind and that is what they are doing: left children with dissability behind. Lets get stronger by getting together to stop the lawsuit! If they want the taxes to go to a different place, then focus on stopping wars, or focus in the governos millionary sallary, but do not focus in a serious topic as our children education.

Please keep the scholarships available. Having the option to be able to choose for your child to attend a private school is a blessing.

Stop the Lawsuit againts FL Tax Credit Scholarships....

Please keep these scholarships available. They are definitely needed and help those children that are usually misfits at public schools and wind up being bullied. Children deserve a safe environment to learn and parents should be able to decide where it would be best for their child.

Please keep Step Up available, our children need the opportunity to attend a good school for their future. This has been a blessing to our family. We would have to attend a C school, if it eas not because of this great program. Thanks, Rurh Leon
