Stop The Lawsuit Against Florida's Tax Credit Scholarships (Step Up For Students)

My children are going to school now on a Step Up scholarship and they're doing so much better academically. They're thriving and learning so much. They love going to school now. Step Up For Students has been a great blessing for us. Please don't take Step Up away from all these children. Step Up changes our children's lives for the better! Our children are the future!

I have 4 boys who since I have put in private school, have drastically changed for the better, comprehension and behavior has never been better!

Every child deserves a good education. They are our future, invest in it!!!

Our kids need this. We are very grateful for the help they are and will provide for our children to have a great education.

This scholarship has been a blessing for our family. We never would have been able to give our daughter the education she deserves, and she would have had to attend an absolutely terrible school. We are thankful every single day for the SUFS scholarship!

If it weren't for this scholarship my son would have to attend a horrible school because of my school area. We need to keep this program for the future of our children!!!

Please Stop this Lawsuit, as many low-income families, including me, benefits from SUFS and can provide a better religious education to our children.

This scholarship has helped me to raise the children I've always dreamed to raise because I've been able to put them in the school that was right for them. Please allow other Florida parents that same opportunity and allow our students to be more.

We have a right to chose the education we want for our children. I chose a God centered education.

Please don't take away Step up for Student scholarship. This scholarship has really my children excell in school.

This scholarship has enabled my daughter to receive a better education through a quality school outside of our zoned area. It has been such a blessing, and is helping us provide more opportunities she would not have otherwise.

We don't understand as parents why anyone would want to stop underprivileged children from receiving a good education just like the more fortunate kids. Now it's taken to the extreme of filling a lawsuit? The question shouldn't be should we consider the lawsuit, but what kind of teachers and officials do we have? Trying to stop education

Save our scholarships

People should have choices available in education.

I've seen how this program changes lives. It should not be seen as an affront to public schooling, rather part of the rainbow of educational opportunities all kids should have access to, along with Charters, Magnets, and traditional public schools.

I pay big public school taxes and am zoned for a horrible public school if they want to do away with scholarships then people who do not have children in public school should not have to pay taxes for the school

This scholarship has allowed families an option of education which should be considered assistance to public schools with the over population issues within the classrooms, teacher reductions and school closures. Not sure how this scholarship could be mistaken as a threat and deemed lawsuit necessary.

This my daughter's 1st year in the program and she loves her new school. She is learning way much more than she would in a public school. She is already doing 1st grade work and she's only in Kindergarten.

I have kids in the program an it's amazing !

This Scholarship is a God sent which must continue.
