I'm taking a stand against this lawsuit to take away my kids scholarship and opportunity for quality education in a Christian environment.

Every child should have the option to receive a higher education. My son is boarder line ADHD which means he is not diagnosed. The public school teachers refuse to give my son the same level of accountability that he receives at home because they are required to give everyone the same across the board per state guidelines. This why my son needs to be in a private shool where accountability is everything!

We are a military family the need this scholarship to give are kids a better education, is hard enough for them have to move every 3-4 years to a new school and the majority of the schools are for the military bases are rate so low, we are talking about 2-10 rate. Step up is the best can happen to my kids.

Instead of the public school system focusing so much unwanted and negative energy on the STEP UP SCHOLARSHIP, wouldn't it be more prudent for those parents to join the step up family to become part of a movement that has been providing QUALITY education for their members?
I have NEVER heard of anyone rejecting a private education. Life is about having and making choices and the parents of STEP UP students made the choice to seek an alternate route to provide quality education for our children!
What's so wrong with that?

This scholarship has helped me so much been a single mother raising two children.I would love for the scholarship to stay in place for a better future for my child. My daughter school is very expensive and I would have never made it without it.

We need something to help or children excel. All we have around us are D and F overcrowded schools. We need and appreciate this program.

this country was founded on christian principals that the liberals and TU have removed them from pubic schools dumbing them down to the liberal agenda to form future democrat voters... I have the right to avoid the pubic cesspool system and put my child in a christian school of my choice. This is called FREEDOM. I support this scholarship for ALL races and creeds.. God have mercy on us

my 9 yr old daughter attended garden elementary school up until the 4th grade. she developed a 102 degree fever during school and her teacher would not let her go to the nurse because she had played during recess. she could have went into convulsions. a broken drive sign right in front of the pickup area for the kids remained broken and sticking out of the walkway in front of the school for months before it was fixed. their are not enough water fountains outside for the children during the hot months, my daughter had no homework after FCATS for 2 months towards the end of the year. bullying is rampant throughout the school and bus..the school lunches are terrible yet you always get that state flyer that illustrates a lovely picture of the food they give the kids and its nutrional advantages for them. i had enough of it and got her in vcs under the step up scholoraship. now some of the CLUELESS associations want to take it away for what? the pta? the league of womens voters? the school board? are you kidding me? plant the seeds for the planets future then sqwash them with your foot! BRILLIANCE! BRAVO!

My son uses this scholarship for his education. For someone to rip his future out of his hands bc they don't think he's worthy is ridiculous. They may need him to be their lawyer, police sheriff or cardiologist one day. He is a awesome little boy that will grow up to be a great man. Let these children have a great education & the means to keep a great education. I support keeping this scholarship to keep our kids in great schools.

My children thrive in there current schools if you were to take that from them now it would be appalling! It would be appalling that a group of people who say that want what is best for our students would want to mess with there stable environment that they are flourishing in by discontinuing this resource for low income parents!
