Stop The Lawsuit Against Florida's Tax Credit Scholarships (Step Up For Students)

Our children will prevail!

Without this scholarship, My children (whom my oldest tried public school) would not be able to attend St Brendan and Fr Lopez where they are currently are attend. My oldest whom did try public school fell through the cracks as teachers there said they were too busy to tend to his needs. Been there done that and NOT going there again.

Step up is for all our beautiful kids to get a fighting chance to get a good education

I'm a single mother who uses the scholarship to help me to help benefit my daughter to get a better education. Better than what I've got. This scholarship helps a lot ,a lot ,a lot. Words can't explain how much this scholarship has helped my family.

Please save our children's right to seek better education at better schools. Every child should have the right to a private education.

We as parents need Step Up to ensure our children get the best education in the atmosphere that best serves them. My children have excelled in there school with the help of Step Up and many more will.

If you care about the poor as you claim you do, then why on Earth would you people file this lawsuit? Or is it part of an anti-Christian movement which has been going on under the Obama administration?

I thank God every night that my daughter received this scholarship. I can not understand why something that benefits children's educationis being considered to be taken away.

Good government should fund more scholarships because it saves taxpayers' money. It cost about half as much to educate a student in a private school than it does in a public school with much better results.
