I wish I would have known about this scholarship when my oldest child was in school. I watched him struggle in a school district that we were unable to get out of. My youngest son is thriving in the small, loving environment this scholarship has allowed us to be part of. I work in a local public school and see the chaos not only in the environment but in the crazy curriculum that complicates even the most basic skills. I am grateful to be given the choice not to force my child to be part of this. I believe he will grow to be an asset to our community someday because of the choice afforded to me by this scholarship.

All my children tremendously benefited from the Step Up program. We should have a choice where our children go to school. Are these people getting money from my kids going to public schools?

This scholarship has changed our lives in so many ways!!! My kids are now happy to go to school and are doing very good. They can now go to a school that we could not afford without this scholarship. There are NO words to express how sad we will be to have this taken away from our family!!!

The Step Up For Students Scholarship program provide better opportunities for students/families. What happened to the saying " the children are our future"? Why would anyone not want to see our children in the state of Florida succeed?
