These scholarships help many children whose parents otherwise could not afford the type of education they choose to be best for their children. Please preserve parental choice.

The first responsibility for education lies with parents.

Parents are entitled to educate their children where they think it is best for them according to their values.This tuition help is only fair because they are already paying for public education and getting nothing for it.

I support parental rights for the benefit of their children. Stop the lawsuit!!!

My children have benefited an excellent education via scholarship program. When my husband became disabled and we lost our busines, we were able to keep the children in Catholic Charter schools. We need more high schools to accept the tax credit scholarships.and maybe even extend it to University/College. Thanks for the good it did my son and daughter.

This educational choice of the Tax Credit Scholarship has saved so many children who were not being served an education in the public school system would be doomed to fail if this scholarship program is eliminated. Please do not be influenced by this lawsuit! Too much to lose....too many productive lives.

Children should be able to have support to access better schools and thank you to those generous contributions that helps students go to a better private school!

I have seen first hand how Step Up For Students has made a difference in the lives of numerous children and their families. Please do not eliminate the Tax Credit Scholorship.

I have had experience with the step up for students scholarship program. It was very helpful in my grandsons education .
