This program has been created specialy for my children because there is no way for me as a widow I could send them to the school of my choice without Step up's help.Blessd be those who came up with it. I have no doubt that my God will work us through this. There is no gain in endurance without some investment in trials.

Give us choice! It is what our US constitution is about freedom of choice. Students need specialized instruction geared toward their way of life rather then be constricted in a public school for their beliefs, Everyone should have a chance to reach their goals the way they want to and not be forced to attend a public school. We have freedom of choice to attend the colleges we wants why restrict this choice in elementary, middle and high school? It should be looked at the same way.

All students that are now in private school will be negatively impacted if this scholarship is taken away. All students with a scholarship, have it not only because they "qualify" but because their parents care for their education more than their convenience; as it is more convenient to send them to public school. There are many other expenses on private schools that this parents are not covered for and yet they still sacrifice to pay for those expenses because is all worth it when they see how good their academics are. Most of this students have great academics.

It is only right that tax-payers in a free society be enabled to make use of such means to educate their children. Let the public schools compete on an even playing field for once.

The Standar School School system would not work for my children, I want to have the oportunity to help them become more creative, and keep their individuality and Brown emocionally before they do academically. Let them learn to read and write when they are ready. Not when the goverment think they should be. We should have the oportunity to choose the best for our children.

I would not impose my beliefs or opinions on anyone just as I would expect them to do the same for me. Those who are opposing the scholarship I would ask them "Can I tell you where you should send your child to school?" No, I can't because that child is not mine but yours and besides God who knows better than the parent what is BEST,and in the best interest of your child. My children are thriving in the school they are in. I'm grateful for the scholarship that is given to me, not the school because it allowed me FREEDOM to choose which school my children go to. I wasn't forced to put them in a school they were zoned for that might or might not be a "D" or "F". I was able to choose and am well pleased with the school they are able to attend.

My wife and I have nothing against the public school system. We both want him to attend a Christian school at this point. This would not be possible without Step Up For Students.

I don't what we would do with our 4 adopted children without step up!
They are all adhd kids and the private school they go to gives them the love, discipline and education they need. Thank God for step up!
