To get rid of this program is unconstitutional, it helps children get a better education in the private school sector, and the class room size is smaller and more ingaged at an individual level. This would be a big mistake to take education from the children,and for the parents who can't aford it, especially single parents like myself who want abetter education for their children.

This is gay good service my son has adhd if he was in a regular school they wouldn't help at all they would try to put him in a bad school instead of takein time out to help him. Been threw this already.

I have a 7 year old son with ASD
(Asperger's Syndrome) and I can't afford to continue sending him to his private school without the help of Step Up. Please think of the disabled children that were refused an IEP from the public school system in order to receive the John McKay Scholarship program that would have helped them to pay for private school. The Florida School Boards and PTA are the real thieves and crooks. Always discriminating against children with disabilities. They do not allow these disabled children receive the care and education they rightfully deserve.

I have 4 children using this scholarship and one that will use it in a couple of years. This scholarship is the only way my children can stay in the school they are in where they are getting a quality education and have developed friendships with others that share our faith.
