I absolutely hate cruelty against animals in general and, of course, it is nothing but a lie, that the cats and dogs are being " humanely collected and sent to new homes". By the way, did you know, that Orascom is feeding their own security dogs nothing but garbarge from the hotels. There is no budget for these "dogs with jobs", I have been told. I think, that answers the question, how Orascom is going to act with the strays.
