I object to this proposal in a densly populated area that could have serious effects on the local environment and health of residents and children at the local school as well and polution damage to buildings and properties such as the local church

Swansea council - I ask you not to allow this. I suffer from chest infections and imagine the legal implications when children from Lon Las start developing chest and breathing illnesses, or asthmatic children's conditions are worsened by the issues already identified by your environmental officers this will lead to number of legal claims against the council for allowing this to go ahead. I urge you to carry out due diligence and reject this absurd plan which will have an incredibly detrimental affect on people in this area.

live in Tregof Village and believe this incinerator will cause damage to the surrounding air quality, residents and the beautiful nature reserve that surrounds us and to children in Lon Las. NO INCINERATOR !!

It is not necessary and unwanted in such a small community.

I object to the incinerator being built within the community. It will cause huge issues for local residents, the school, and have an impact on health and various other issues which will come with such a big incinerator being planned. We DO NOT need it here and it is NOT welcome.

No No No. Ridiculous to even contemplate putting this near a school, nature reserve and homes.

Huge concerns regarding health risks, odours, pollution including dust, soot, dioxins, noise, wellbeing of local residents, local school, local business, local nature reserve. Has an Environmental Health Impact Assessment been carried out? No.
As a local resident I am scared for my and my children’s health and well-being. I did not move into this area to have an incinerator dumped on my doorstep. If this goes ahead I will seek legal advice. This is not suitable or acceptable in this locality!

We recycle all that we can at home, Biffa will get paid to incinerate whatever we can’t recycle, why don’t we use that money to recycle good that currently local authorities are unable to which is mainly due to cost?
There are too many unknowns about future health risks for incinerators. Look at www.anti-incinerator.org.uk which gives further info.

I don't think it is appropriate to put this so close to residential areas as I think pollution must have a long term affect on children's health

300 children more like 550 attend Lon Las. Disgusting that someone thought this was a good idea!! Its a clean area with lots of families, a beautiful nature reserve. Increased traffic, pollution is this what we want for our children. NO! I will fight along with others to ensure our beautiful area doea not succumb to such a ludicrous and damaging idea for our area.
