The close proximity of this proposed incinerator to a dense residential area, and to a school is very worrying. The case in the media over the past week, siting air pollution as the cause of death of a young asthmatic reinforces this.

Incinerators should never be sited within 10 miles of schools or residential areas! This must not be allowed to go ahead.

As with other incinerators over the UK it will beach emissions and cause long term health problems and premature death. It needs to be away from a populated area.

My friends live near and are opposed to this project. This is my reason for signing this petition.
