I-502 is a voter approved initiative to legalize the production, processing, and retail sale of marijuana. Locals on San Juan Island have already invested in the process towards growing marijuana as a business venture only to run into many obstacles, including, but not limited to, neighbors who are trying to shut down their operations. Now there is a proposed moratorium in place that will prohibit the production of all Tier 2 and Tier 3 production facilities. Please sign this petition if you are against the proposed moratorium.
