This neighborhood has lost its quality of life. It takes me 20minutes to drive from my garage on 31st Road to Linden Place every morning. It's only 2 blocks.

The wrong location. Will make the area too congested! Try looking for another more suitable location that will benefit all.

There is too much traffic there, the road gets backed up. There is an elementary school across the street & 2 nursery schools down the block & a senior center. This is the wrong place to put a high school.

its déjà vu again. It is too congested with traffic and too close to place hs students can cut school for. It is also too close to elementary schools Let them put the hs where the ny times building is for sale. It's less congested with traffic on that side of the van wyck.

Linden Place is the wrong location for a school. It is already overly congested, with a Public School, a Senior Day Care, 2or 3 pre K /nursery schools, a shopping center, car wash, etc. There are two "hotels" being built there now, adjacent to the car wash, directly across from the proposed school site. The neighborhood is overly congested, with too many new buildings, cars, buses, school buses, senior vans, and people. Linden place is a two lane street, not large enough to support the extra congestion that this HS would bring. Have an open meeting, no back door deals, and let the community truly have a voice in this.

Linden Place and 31 Rd is already extremely congested, with vehicle traffic frequently backed up. Putting a school here will make a bad situation worse.

The Mitchell Linden Civic Association strongly opposes a school in this location. The area already has two schools, two senior centers, a large shopping center and is grossly congested with traffic, and does not have adequate safety design as it is. Two hotels of unknown character are currently in the final stages of development and set to open across the street from the proposed school. This is good for neither the community nor the students of New York City.

The traffic congestion is already out of control, the shopping center across from the proposed location is not properly maintained and is filthy. A new school will only make it worse.

Seriously? Do you really think that this is a good place for a high school? I have driven a car and ridden a bus through there. It is jammed! Put the school somewhere else!
