Other than his failure to get this project back on schedule and his inability to obtain adequate financing, I don’t understand why the developer cannot accelerate his infrastructure for Phases 1-3 and keep the school at the existing site. The residents of Eagle should not be disadvantaged by these issues and the Town Council not bow to this developer. If he cannot deliver, it’s time for the City Council to kill the project or find a much more capitalized developer.

Absolutely absurd the town is even floating this idea this project took years to approve and now the developer is trying to slip something past the people of the town. This would be an egregious act against The people of the town’s wishes and would create the proposed new school to become an inconvenience for the rest of Eagle Ranch’s children two bicycle to. This proposal needs to be stopped immediately and the developer needs to stick to his original plans and promises. It’s unfortunate he didn’t plan accordingly in his budget for the overages on his infrastructure project. His money will start rolling in once he starts selling homes where they were originally proposed. The market is so strong in this valley he will make his money back and then some when that starts happening.

As a real estate professional and life long local, I vehemently oppose this land swap. Trust me, I am acutely aware of the housing crunch in our community and would love to add more supply to the market, but this would be disastrous. This parcel is intended to be a school, and if that vision is stifled by greed the entire haymeadow pud is done for. On behalf of my fellow neighbors and real estate colleagues I oppose this attempt to ruin our long term vision for the town of eagle.

Increase traffic flow on brush creek is inevitable but should be limited on all connections.
All changes to original plans should create a reassessment of whole plan and include the whole existing community.
