Hmm, you are not being forced to spend your dollars on attorney fees. Komski is not out to destroy the Grange in California, why do you say that? If you need help and assistance to maintain your Grange Hall, other members and the organization are here to help!

Sue, please explain to me how Mr. Komski is lining his pockets? Love to know how he has been harrassing your members... totally agree that "The court case is a waste of our members time and money. We need to use our time to support farmers and agriculture."

Thanks for speaking out Orchard City Grange! When I lived in Santa Clara County, no one even knew you existed. Glad that you are a Grange and look forward to meeting you some time soon.

So Mr. Overbey - so you think the State Grange did not contribute one single penny to the existence of your Grange? You might want to reconsider that statement. You can continue to do all you want to do with regard to doing good deeds for your local community which is what the Grange is all about. When did you think as a part of our organization that others at the County, State or National level should leave you alone? You are an arm of our organization, we cannot just leave you alone. Feel free to let me know if I am missing something.

This is a very interesting comment. I really don't think there ever was a "devil incarnate", nor was he teaming up with Ed Luttrell as a cohort. AND why do you say that Komski "must be stopped from destroying an important part of a well-respected organization and a historical part of California's past, present, and hopefully, future." We as Grange members want only for you and your Grange and other Granges to remain part of a our-well-respected organization and we will continue to be a historical part of CA's past, present and future. There was never anything hostile about the takeover you mention plus the old CSG diss-affiliated from the Grange before the new one was formed. Let me know if I am missing something. I have an open mind.

Ben, please show me evidence that Mr. Komski made threats to you and Mt. Hamilton Grange. This is so old, we are an organization called the Grange, not the Guild. I am no longer a member of your Grange because you are not in compliance. If I want to continue my membership in our organization and participate in the benefits the organization has to offer I had to transfer my membership some time ago. It is so sad because I was a member of Mt. Hamilton Grange but you are not in compliance as a Grange. I have many fond memories of current and past members. I REALLY REACH out to those members who have passed who would be very angry about your Grange paying dues to the Guild and being in non compliance with the rules and regulations of our organization.

Really don't think there is any evidence of what you say but if so, let me know. The Grange does care about your/our chapters, our halls, and your communities. Mr. Komski is not going to line his pockets. Where did you get that from?

Line his pockets with what? Is there a new gold rush I am not aware of? I would like to think there is no power grab here. Mr. Komski DOES care about local GRANGES and halls throughout the State of CA. It is the same organization we have all belonged to. Why do you make it sound like you are being taken over by a hostile attempt? We as members of GRANGE.

Devil incarnate? I don't think so. I have loved and belonged to this organization for many years! Ed Komski or any devil incarnate is not going to take away California's past.

We know that this is a power grab, with the bottom line being money. Mr. Komski cares nothing about our chapters, our halls, or our communities. He just wants to line his pockets.

We want access to our grange hall. We have been meeting in the parking lot for the last 3 months.

We want to do our community work the best we can without the divisive harassments & threats from Mr. Komski.

Komski (and his cohort, the former President of the National Grange, Ed Luttrell), have amassed a hostile takeover, or a coup d'etat of the real California State Grange, now forced to call itself CSG (California State Guild) as a result of the misconstruing of the truths in re this case and Komski and Lutrell's actions and behaviors. Komski, is the devil incarnate, and he must be stopped from destroying an important part of a well-respected organization and a historical part of California's past, present, and hopefully, future. We must prevail!
