The U.S. government is learning how to hack video game consoles. Gaming systems are costly and once you have purchased one, it becomes your property, but is it really? According to the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution, U.S. citizens are supposed to be protected from unreasonable search and seizure; however, the government justifies some searches as maintaining security. Additionally, the Fifth Amendment gives U.S. citizens the right to privacy, but is there really such a thing? Are you being watched while playing on your video console?
