This would surely bring unwanted traffic, loitering, and attention that our home owners and tax payers do not want to deal with.

It is my sincere belief that a gas station and liquid store would create unwanted and unnecessary traffic to our community . There are people who work very hard to live a certain standard of living With that being said putting a gas station and a liquor store in front of what is a Country Club is a pure conflict of interest as it brings down not only the economical But also the social and visual value that Durham lakes golf community has worked so very hard to obtain. Is a father of 3 beautiful daughters I Do not want to subjugate my children to live on the same property as a liquor store or an ill placed gas station. SA resident of Durham lakes golf community for the past 10 years I respectfully decline the idea of having a liquor store or a gas station on the same property as our community

As a single woman and soon to be retired. I will not feel safe in our community and do not feel it's fare to impose the proposed risks to the Homeowners residing in the Durham Lakes Community. I oppose 100% to the business developments..

I do not want my 3 young children growing up down the street from a liquor store, and that wasn’t what I was told when I bought this house. Absolutely not!

Definitely not in favor of the planned gas station and/or liquor store...the subdivision is for RESIDENTIAL living purposes and NOT commercial purposes that will bring increased traffic, pollution, criminal activity of various forms and drive down surrounding property values. These are categorically negative results.

It is tio close to neighbors’ homes.
This would surely bring unwanted traffic, loitering, and attention that our home owners and tax payers do not want to deal with.
