When we moved into this neighborhood it was the quiet upscale feel that we fell in love with. Having a gas station right in front of the neighborhood puts our safety at risk because of the unwanted traffic it will bring. There are multiple gas stations down the road and throughout Fairburn so it is beyond me why this would even be a consideration for the residents of Durham Lakes Golf and County Club.

The quality of life is to nice in Durham Lakes & The Parks Durham Lakes for any of us to stand on the sidelines. We all have to put a fight against anything and anybody that will negatively affect this area which will ultimately impact our city as a whole.

definitely oppose! There are liquor stores and gas stations currently located on Hwy 29 in the city of Fairburn and the World of beverage located on Hwy 74. We don't need more ..
