Disabled people need help not cuts, it is hard enough living with a disability without Government cutting essential needs. I question the morality of people making decisions that make life less bareable for the disabled.

This decision is not fair. How can you say that these people can be "independant" when frankly, it's totally unsafe and unfair to leave them without supervision in taxis and important medical assistance, and they will likely not even be able to afford to go to their day programs without the assistance of the funding.

The places where funding is most important are those where the recipients cannot fund themselves in other ways. A retired politician, who can fund themselves quite adequately gets his/her transport allowance for life!!

My niece will be severly disadvantged by this cut as well as her family, they have enough to worry about. Surely Yooralla you can see this and stop the hurting hundreds & thousands will feel if it goes ahead. Disgusted, but most of all disapointed. :(

Please help support and embrace this wonderful child so that my beatiful cousin Yorralla can continue to grow and enjoy a wonderful education the government and Victorian board of education in Melbourne have to offer this child.
