Safety of my family is of utmost importance. Highway 83 is already very dangerous...another plan needs to be executed...Extending Stagecoach makes a bad problem worse!

Changing zoning goes completely against the Black Forest Preservation Act. We also know that water, and the risk of people already on wells running out from the Dawson aquifer, is a realistic concern

I very much support this petition. As I stated in the recent County Commissioners meeting, "I'm the oldest dog in this fight." We bought our property at 2910 Stagecoach Road in 1966 before the east end of Stagecoach was even a road. We were assured that no lots under five acres would ever be allowed. The reason given was that a minimum of five acres was necessary to prevent septic leach fields from contaminating joining property wells. Preservation of water was a secondary concern and, of course, traffic was a non-issue. I am curious why this issue of well contamination has not been addressed when it has been the "major" issue for many years. If this development is allowed to go through, then all of we other five acre owners should be allowed to sub-divide our five acres into two 2.5 acre tracts, Richard "Wayne" Baughman

I live on the corner of Stagecoach Rd. and Hwy 83, and have for 28 years. Before that, I lived up the road on Stagecoach with my parents, since I was 11 years old. We have lost much of our rural way of life with the encroachment of the City after Flying Horse was built. To add insult to injury and change the zoning that we have all cherished out here for many years is just WRONG! We bought and built out here with the understanding it would always be 5 acres PER HOME/WELL/SEPTIC. It MUST remain that way to protect the scant water resources and what is left of our rural way of life. Please, please do NOT approve this horrible plan and threaten our safety and ruin our property values!!!

There is no justified reason to extend stagecoach road and then there is the water issue if you approve this then what's next

Safety in residential areas on rural roads and hazards to children with increased traffic density is a danger. Stagecoach extension to 83 is fatally flawed and a recipe for long term problems for short term financial benefit. The community, QOL, character and natural preservation will be forever ruined. Develop responsibly, with the RR5 code and no PUD.

at the very least these properties should remain five acres as intended for water purposes.

As a resident on Stagecoach Rd, we bought in this area for all the reasons enumerated in this petition. And we vehemently reject this project from an RR to a PUD, again, for the reasons enumerated in this petition.

Ironic.... Developers want to cash in on how great it is to live in the Forest.... By destroying all the things that are great about the Forest.
