Our Phase 3 has NOT been built, which must Run-off into Ponds, and North Village can't handle anymore, or outside water!

We already have enough flooding issues in phase 1 without phase 4 dumping their mess on us. Enough is enough.

The drainage system cant even handle a normal rain storm now. Why would they add more runoff from a completely different development. Totally unfair to us.
