We have enough taxes that have to be paid for real reasons. You should not tax pets , some of which are emotional support pets. An emotional support pet should not have to be taxed nor should another family pet. These fur babies are members of people's families. Their children okay with these animals. Digs protect our homes. There is absolutely no reason that we should pay a tax on a pet or animal of any sort.

Since we can't put a Police Officer or Deputy in each of our schools to protect our children, let's put them to work making sure everyone pays their pet tax! Really Oconee? This is a priority?

my mom and dad live off my dad's disability and can barely afford what they have but they always put there animals first bc they are family and all my mom has bc I live so far away. they help her with her health. if this happens they will not be able to afford it and it will send my mother into a depression I havnt seen her in,in years bc of her pets. she gave up alot to get them all fixed. Don't do this to my parents.
