It has come to our collective attention that there is a distraction here at the 420 office.
A distraction from work, from peace of mind, from enjoying life to the fullest.
It comes in the form of a head. Mr. Steve Wright's head. Or even more precisely, his luscious black locks.
These locks of hindrance have brought specific strife to one employee in particular, Ms. Ryleigh Escoboza.
We've brought this concern to HR (Human Resources) and have been given a compromise.
We need a mere 5 signatures to have Mr. Wright shave his hair that causes so much interruptions on the daily.
Please, consider helping our cause. And make the workplace a focused atmosphere.

What if Steve’s shaved head creates even more of a distraction..........has anyone considered this as a possibility? I have mixed emotions............
Steve - it is a nice head of hair, but as someone who shaved their head on a regular basis, I highly recommend it.
Please keep the hair! Is beauty a distraction? Perhaps, but the world needs more beauty, not less. Thank you for sharing your beauty with us, Steven. YOU are my hero -- not your hair. God Bless.
I know it sounds cray-cray when you have beautiful hair like mine, but I would consider shaving my head just so I can FINALLY be sure people love me for ME and not just my magical locks. It's something I've struggled with my whole life. Thank you for this, Ryleigh.
Great picture Steve! Generally , I like hair. No shaving.
Signing although I'm not sure I want to see what Steve looks like with a shaved head. Maybe just a trim?
We need to stop the madness!

Be forewarned, shaving Steve's head will reveal the Three Stooges tattoo he got on his noggin during a Mardi Gras bender in ‘96.
