Kim McCollough has two children currently in the care of DFCS, she has not been allowed to have visitation with her children, been given a case plan to work. DFCS has continuously lied about her parental rights. RIGHTS HAVE NOT BEEN TERMINATED! Therefore, Ms. McCollough found a family to do an OPEN adoption of her children with... the family have a good home, raised many children already, are active in their family and church, well educated and have enough income to support this addition to their family. Yet DFCS is trying to give these children to another family which will sever all of her history with the children and their older brother who the children miss very much! Ms. McCollough did nothing to the children to end up in DFCS care! She is purely the victim of lies, hate and deceit so DFCS workers can get bonuses! The children are 8 and 10 and know their parents, brother etc... They should not be forced to be severed completely from the only family they know! STOP DFCS from ruining families and violating civil and parents rights sign below! Being Poor is not a crime to why one cannot use their parental rights to delegate who can take care of them! Having mental health issues does not constitute a bad parent! Stop these crimes against "sellable" children and the crimes against parents who have done no wrong!
