a charter school district isnt a solution. Its a band aid to cover up the real issue.

I am a tax payer and I feel that it is not right for the state to do a take over. First of all they did not give the district enough time to do anything and what little time they did have they have made improvement. To me I feel like they are moving this fast because someone is going to get a kick back if they can make this move. Second why didn't they answer the questions that was ask. third why didn't he give the School board enough time to review the papers and bring it to the next meeting why rush into a state take over before every t was cross and every I dotted. It just smells fishy to me. Why lose good teachers over this and yes we do have some very good teachers!!!

Don't make a bad situation worse by turning the District over to people who don't know the children/families. The dedicated staff in the district are the best people to make a difference.

Parents have the right to choice a public school and not to be forced to go charter!! Why does Mr. Meckley wait till now to say the school board has not been following the guidelines?? He was put in that position a few yrs back to help the distirict!! He was negligent on his duities !!

Help our students!!!! they deserve the same educational opportunities as all other students in pa. charters are not the answer just another example of the disadvantages they face.
