Dow was brought to the United States when she was a very young child by her mother and military step-father. She has spent 35-years in the country and has always thought she was a citizen. She is married, has four children, has paid taxes and has a social security card. She doesn't know anything about Thailand, speak the language or know anyone there. America is her home. This is where her family is and where she belongs.
