There should be no delivery charge or it should be minimal not twice the amount of the electricity we use and also what about lost electricity, if I order something and you lose it I don't pay for it I mean really.

Stop over charging. We have a home don't have any hydro on but still get a 40 to 60dollar bill every month. Crazy

The have totally are robbing people. The charge is 2x to three times the amount of the electricity bill. They are just so wrong in what they do.

I had a delivery charge in an apt of 20& on a 7:50 dollars usage charge. Just moved in and had a acc. Set up charge too. Bill was a total of 63 dollars.

My cottage which i use a few time a month has a hydro 1 delivery charge nearly double to my home where my bill is nearly 8 times the amount of hydro i use at my cottage. Crooked crooked government!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
