No creature deserves to be kept in these squalid conditions but to receive no food or water from their 'keepers ' is inhumane and barbaric.

How a nation treats it's unwanted animals and children is highly reflective of who they are. Show that you have a heart, and stop the systematic torture and neglect of these animals. Through no fault of their own, they have come into your care, and to deprive them of food, water, and the milk of human kindness is wretched and tragic. Stop what you are doing now, and work to regime these innocent animals NOW.

Please have compassion! There are people who will help these dogs, given the chance. What example the officials are setting when they are showing no regard for life? No official I'd want running my city/town, that's for sure!

What you plan to do is simply inhumane. Let them live - especially as someone is willing to find homes.

This is not acceptable. A programme of sterilisation yes but this is animal cruelty and abuse and cannot be allowed. We are watching!
