STOP The Croydon Council Private Rented Property Licence

I was sent a letter on the 21st September 2020 and asked to pay £750 into a scheme that expired on the 30th September. I think this is just a money making scam by the council and does nothing for the tenants.

This will only increase rents for the tenants.

Another scheme by the government to rob us. I will not pay or join. I rent my property through estate agents and abide by all the rules

This licence scheme will achieve nothing. Bad landlords just wont sign up anyway.
