Stop the councils removal of tributes on Ted’s bench

Definitely in support of this for the memory of Super Ted

Cannot believe these narrow minded, selfish spiteful people, who have no idea what this beautiful family are going through. Shame on u!

Please keep tributes for our gorgeous Ted ❤️

I am utterly appalled for the blatant disregard for these grieving parents, I live in Warwick and often see flowers and tributes to loved ones left in public conservation areas and it makes me smile. These people are loved and missed and I for one will stand against anyone trying to stop a show of unconditional love between parents and their child. I can only rationalise their actions by believing they have never felt anywhere near the pain of Teds family and do not understand the love that they have. Maybe one day someone that loves them will want show a public display of their emotions and they too receive a letter like the one written to Teds parents! Reconsider this letter and do the right thing.

It’s a disgrace it’s a tiny child’s memorial bench and all the people wether they are kids or not love it

I think the council are heartless and insensitive to write to the grieving parents of beautiful Ted, to ask them to remove flowers, the should show sympathy & support to people of their community.

This is a strongly felt issue in the community, I hope the council will see the importance of the message being expressed.

Do not remove!

Such a needless and insensitive letter should never have been sent by Whitnash Council to newly grieving parents, who chose to adorn the bench they bought in memory of their baby son Ted, with flowers and a balloon asking them to remove them. Shame on them and anybody who raised a complaint.

Take it from someone who knows....this brings such comfort to Ted's family and friends xx

Please do the right thing and allow Ted’s tributes to continue. They bring so much comfort to many.

Please let people grieve in whatever way helps them, leave the flowers etc as is, it’s not harming anyone.

Shame on whoever complained. Shame on the lady who wrote this letter, I live in Whitnash and it definitely does not reflect the wishes of the community, just a few uncaring and unkind complainants.

I think it’s disgusting asking the family to remove items from the bench. Have a little compassion

Please let Ted’s parents keep his balloons and any other little memorial things on Ted’s bench, they are doing no harm
