Stop the councils removal of tributes on Ted’s bench

A grieving Mum should be able to decorate a bench she has paid for

The bench is in memory of Ted and is in no ones way or causing any problems. Sometimes people just want to cause problems for others.

I support this bench and any flowers, balloons, gifts the family feels is necessary.

I am so so disgusted by this. Whitnash Town Council and Warwick District Council should be ashamed.

Let the bench be the tribute its meant to be..

How could someone complain about this. And why are the council even entertaining the complain.

R.I.P Ted. His story and his beautiful has united people all over the world.

Please have some compassion for this family with their sad loss of little Ted, It seems not only is Ted's bench a comfort to his family but many others too who connected with his battle. Very sad xx

Losing a child is a pain like no other This show of compassion is beyond beautiful day

The local town parish council of whitnash, the mayor and anyone who is associated should be ashamed of themselves. I was disgusted to see and read the letter that was sent to this family. Shame on you whitnash town council!!!

You should leave the tributes on the bench, it’s not fair that you are thinking about taking away the things that are important to his family and friends, and not fair that the things they remember him by could be taken away. He’s a human like us all, and should be allowed tributes on his memorial bench. If it was anyone else, you most likely wouldn’t take them away, so why do it to Ted’s bench?

I can't believe the council would even consider this? This bench has become a special place for so many people who have connected with this incredible family because of their wonderful little boy. It brings them and so many some comfort in their heartbreak.

I think this is sutch a nice thing please don't take something like this away from Ted's family and friends the loss of him is enough let alone then loosing this in his memory

Give them something to hold onto it’s not hurting anyone it’s being compassionate or done you have compassion

As if the parents and family need this letter and pressure at such a difficult . Its teds bench and people who loved him want to atill show their love! I drive past it most days and it's beautiful! Very heartless who ever complained should be ashamed of yrselves. Council ... Would u rather see it pretty or vandalised! Leave the poor parents alone ! #savetedsbench
