The public shelter needs to be closed down. Those officials staff and the mayor should be arrested and trailed for murdering all those dogs recently illegally . Shut it down and allow Wonderland to rescue any all dogs please I am disgusted that these vile evil people have done so much evil to the dogs and Wonderland D

"We would not be allowed to rescue any more dogs from PS until we had authorisation from the Head of Animal Control.."..... He is the one who needs to be checked out......

As an owner of a dog from Romania, not from this rescue but another, and someone who is used to having traumatised and/or dogs with problems, this dog is the most damaged dog I have ever taken on. Thankfully he is improving but this dog, like many others if not most dogs, from Romania has lived a life of abuse. He was rescued from a PS and most of the damage to him was done there. Countries are judged by the way they treat animals, Romania is amongst one of the worst in the world. What is more worrying, there is a very strong connection between animal abuse and child abuse, what is happening to the children in Romania?
