My dog was shot in the hind end because he was "vicious" says the cops but yet he was only barking. Every dog barks being vicious is only growling and showing teeth. My dog suffered before he died this is not the first time a dog had been shot in my town. Innocent dogs just barking, cops here are communist freaks that thinks they can make their own rules. This petition is to make sure dogs cannot be killed by cops unless they bite someone. If cops shoot a dog in town then they bullet could kill an innocent person as well. Help me stop the cops from using lethal force on innocent dogs that do not deserve to be killed.
