I started a Bachelor of Business Administration in order to get this degree and not a Bachelor of Arts - which is internationally seen complete nonsense!

Graduated 2 months later than my fellow students (who have a BBA degree now) and I got a Bachelor of Arts. I heard this at the moment I had to sign my certificate. It doesn't really matter, it won't affect you in your career, they said. Aren't business administration and arts two whole different things?

Reason why I chose to study tourism was that it was a BAA, now after three years of studies they can just take this away?!

The main problem is that it affects even those students that have started their study under the pretext of receiving a certain degree. If the rule would apply only to new students and if it would be made KNOWN to new students that the degree changed, something that is still not happening on Saxion's info sites, (Still tourism management is stated to be a BBA study) it would at least be fair. Like this all I feel is a slap in the face!
