We ask children to wear diapers until they can control their functions. We can certainly require a for-profit company to manage stormwater runoff and its own emission of pollution. This is simply externalizing costs into the neighborhoods, and internalizing profits - the city council must take a stand to protect the land it is charged to protect. P&Z, vote NO to more pollutants!

We have a concrete plant next to us and it's awful. Operations like this should not be allowed within 880 yards from residences.

We don’t need more heavy trucks on the road tearing them up by companies only paying pennies on the dollar to have them repaired.
We can all agree that this plant, quarries & APOs are taxing our air quality, draining our water sources already struggling to keep up with unresponsible growth in the area, and lastly the noise at all hours makes it difficult to enjoy our homes and sleep when they are allowed to operate past 10/11 pm and as early as 5 am!

I would like to see the P&Z Advisory Board deny the permit so that the permit discussion goes to City Council for a discussion. Our City Council members need to publicly state their position by voting rather than leaving the decision to an Advisory Board.

We, who are close to Berry Creek and the Reagan, strongly oppose the concrete plant in our back yard. We do NOT want our environment negatively impacted by emissions into the air or nearby water. We retired (and invested) to a place that we thought was safe, so we want to keep it that way.
