Can the City Fathers identity other places outside the city centre for that purpose. As a way of decongesting the city its I'll advised. Iam sure there are plenty other spaces where such a development would be most welcome. I hope the fathers are listening fathers and mothers. Godbless

This can not happen because the council has failed dismally in maintenance of many major recreational facilities including road infrastrure and water reticulation facilities. So I say no to this nonsense .
