The CBC Canada’s publicaly funded broadcaster and employee Rosie Barton have taken the Conservative Party party to court for the use of its TV clips in campaign commercials. The news that is produced by the CBC belongs to Canadians. That copyright belongs to Canadians.
The CBC has a history of biased news media reporting in favour of the Liberal Party of Canada and is therefore in a position of conflict and bias.
We demand that Rosie Barton be removed from her position at the CBC as she has demonstrated a clear bias towards the Liberal Party of Canada. Barton’s' position is dependent on continuing public funding from a sympathetic Liberal Party and her bias is therefore rooted in her financial self interests.
We demand that she be removed from her position at the CBC because it is imperative that the CBC be held to unbiased and fair reporting.
The next election is not about the CBC's right to control how past news is used to convey the truth.

As a Canadian taxpayer, that funds and partially owns CBC, I would support replacing the Board of Directors with a new Board. The new Board's mandate would be to plan the sale and closure of the CBC as a government owned and sponsored network.
Barton needs to recuse herself or be reinvested. She - and CBC - has demonstrated blatant bias in favour of Trudeau & Liberals. Remove her. Let her cheerlead for them on her own dime, not mine & not via the national broadcaster. SHAMEFUL AND UNETHICAL. Canadians deserve better.
I'm appalled the CBC that is TAXPAYER funded has the audacity to sue a political party. They had no problem with the liberals using over a minute of video during the 2015 campaign. CBC is nothing but a biased liberal propaganda machine. Shame !
Rosie Bartons post debate comments towards Bernier were demeaning and a reflection of her own personal opinion. Then she files a suit against the conservatives. She must resign immediately
As a taxpayer and CBC being funded by taxpayers, non partisan news should be reported. This certainly hasn't been the case with Barton and the Liberal party. Funding should be removed from this association.
She is cynical, and very uncaring.

watched cbc all my life, never realized their bias, how can you trust the cbc, I do not use them as reliable source material, now I look at what other Countries are saying, cross reference material, find the real truth.
