Long comment... This is a terrible location for a bus depot. Walnut Ave is not a road designed to handle repeated traffic. Oreland Mill is narrow and residential. The site is just not appropriate and a depot will result in a negative impact on the residents and taxpayers. Less vehicle intensive light industrial would be appropriate. In Flourtown, the Home Depot (where Giant is located now) was shot down over fears of tractor trailers disturbing the residents. This is worse than aHome Depot near houses.
