Stop the Bulldozing of Wakulla County

I’m opposed of the swap. Keep Revadee Spears for the country living and the wildlife. . We don’t need another rec park . To much traffic already.

Do not destroy our forest for a wreck Park. That is absolutely disgusting.

Please do not destroy the forest to make way for a recreational center. 150 acres supports a lot of wildlife. Be much better if you can find out already disturbed area to build that recreation center.

The forest needs to stay as is

The forest needs to stay as is. The bears are being forced out of the forest and into our home sites. The wildlife in the area is robust and the ecosystem the forest provides is necessary. Revedee Spears road, Three sisters, and Mose Ware are heavily trafficked as it sits now.

NO! This is WRONG on so many levels.

I feel that this sets a dangerous precedent of using forest lands in swaps for something that is better solved in less detrimental ways.

Please dont build or clear any more areas. Wakulla is known for it woods and natural beauty. We need our trees.

We oppose this development on Revadee Spears Rd. Save the forest for our animals and for a peaceful country living, we have lived here all our life you are destroying our land. We are against this rec park, you already have one.. We don't need anymore traffic on this road.

This planned swap hatched largely in secrecy between Wakulla County officials and the US Forest Service of 200 acres of National Forest to build a rec park does not benefit the residents of this county, adds to the ongoing destruction of our forests, threatens endangered species and our springs, and promises to add a crush of traffic cutting through residential areas while clogging up parts of 319 already barely passable. The county needs to search for a better, more easily accessible location that serves the people without destroying the National Forest and Wakulla's heritage in the process.

I strongly oppose using 150 acres of national forest for a recreational field. This land provides critical habitat, clean air, and water, and offers irreplaceable natural space for everyone. Converting it would cause permanent environmental damage. Please prioritize conservation and explore alternative sites that do not harm our forest.
