I would like to know if anyone has done a feasibility study around the ability for Nashville to support the number if apartment complexes that are going in especially in the Gulch, 12th S, and SoBro areas. Seems to me that we are going to be saturated with unused apartments which is not good for anyone. Maybe the city planning committe should consider this when approving these types of projects.

Too big if that number is accurate. More shops would be fine

I'm a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church and involved in the plans for redevelopment. I understand your concerns but there is some inaccurate information listed in your petition. We will be scheduling another community meeting at the Church to disseminate more updated information soon. Thanks

Way too big of a footprint at the beginning of the 12 South 2 lane

How is the city able to support/justify approval of projects that contribute to negative impact on communities. There is no benefit to the 12th South area by this project.

This kind of development needs to stop. This area is already crowded and can't handle anymore. 12 South is losing it's character with each one of these projects that goes up
