We are asking that all breed ban laws in Parsons, Kansas be removed. Every breed of dog has the same right as others and shouldn't be punished because they have horrible owners. It's not the breed that should be punished it's the owner! We ask that more punishment towards irresponsible owners. All dogs can bite if not properly taken care of.
