You shouldn't be charged for wanting to go on to water with a non motorized watercraft.

What are my taxes for? 70 years old. Thinking of moving to my house in Ship Bottom from PA. Maybe I'll pick another town.

Ridiculous and petty. I'll just paddle somewhere else. Government is way out of hand. Just keep taking. The last one out of NJ turn the light out they can't afford to leave it on.

Exploring the waters is a freedom, it is unlawful to be charged $5 to launch a kayak or canoe, or any vessel with no engine! If I would like to row out to take my grandmother clamming, I should have every right to do so (with possession of clamming licences). Please do not take away this human right!

This is a ridiculous ordinance designed to squeeze more money out of people using the water ways. Unreal, Ship Bottom.

I wouldn't pay it and would for sure go to a free launch site if I was a visitor. There are a TON of options on LBI that are free to launch at. Gotta feel bad for the locals that have used this ramp for years and years to put in at.
