I can’t believe how the board cannot back a coach who brought you silverware when you didn’t expect him too

Let Conte be the Manager and not just head coach. Let the manager deal with the transfers of players.

Stop this insane way of handling the transfer markets. Leagues are very long. Each and every season, in which there's champions league competing with world class teams, with world class players. The board has to understand this and support the manager. And not just the sack managers, we love Conte and he is a tactical magical and done wonders for Juventus because he has a team like that. But the board has support the manager with the team he wants not 100% but at least be dynamic in during transfer market. Chelsea is trolled everytime during transfer and we as a fan are disappointed. Hope the boards acknowledges this.

Been a CFC fan for many years but never felt this much disappointed by the lack of proper signings. We used to bring in big signings but these days it’s d opposite ... pls Chelsea board keep football knowledgable ppl around you ... Conte is a great manager . Give him d players he needs rather than giving him wit average players ... if things don’t turn around we can’t compete wit city and united they r well ahead signing big players ... CTID ...

Somewhere down the line we will stop getting good managers , with the current squad and the way the board don't give the managers freedom we won't even get top managers . With this current squad with likes of Barkley, Zappacosta, Drinkwater, etc the only thing a manager like Carlo will do is wave goodbye .... Bring in someone like Lampard as an influential figure into the club board which will help a lot not flippin marina granovskia

Marina and Eugene who are directors at CFC have no fottballing background and are spending every transfer window bargain hunting. Only a fool would devoid the team of a striker on a crucial match day because of bargaining for couple of million pounds... of CFC really wishes to be a global club with brand name recognition then they should stop buying players for cheap and expect the manager to do miracles .. please give Conte what he wants and make him stay and get Marina out
