That's hilarious-a petition to keep the rates high and allow Gimenez and Nelson unfettered access to the members funds for their defense cost for years to come. My name only appears to serve notice that these people (the handful that are members and not dead people) very likely had no idea what they were signing. This petition is fraught with deception.

What a waste of money, these rate case conspiracy theory drama mongers have cost all of us 360k plus, and we get that added to our bill. Their Plainiff friends cost WOWSC over 750k to date in an obvious personal vendetta against me.
We go to court in August, I will be vindicated!

the lawsuits have caused the rate increases. hopefully, with insurance now paying legal fees, the rates will go down!
