i find this story line completely irresponsible. i have 2 little dogs from a rescue centre. they were used for breeding and then were thrown out like rubbish and left to die when they were no longer able to. is this what you want to see more of? please think again.

Totally irresponsible. How many 'copycat' litters with this encourage; how many more dogs will be put to death in pounds to make way for the influx of unwanted pups? The BBC has a responsibility here NOT to glamorise this truly epidemic problem.

Shame on you promoting breeding when thousands od dogs are dying as a direct result of back street breeders over breeding and dumping . Words fail me how about a newstory line where Princess is spayed and a playmate adopted for her from a shelter ?

Are there no genuine dog lovers involved with the planning of this unnecessary storyline? Are you aware you will put even more pressure on dog rescue? Bulldogs cannot give birth naturally, please ensure you show the expense of C section and vet treatment.

Completely irresponsible, you should be ashamed! As a bulldog owner and fundraiser for bulldog rescue and rehoming and having rescued a bulldog myself, promoting breeding for self gain is disgusting! Do you know how many bulldogs die in labour???

This is a disgusting and irresponsible storyline. BBC should be ashamed of themselves. Look at Bullddog Rescue and athe Edward Foundation and you will see the future cause tjats where all these people who will copy this storyline's dogs will end up
