We come to green man every year and always take our gazebo home. This rule is ridiculous and would affect our experience of settlers fairly negatively if we can’t bring it along!

terrible idea, GM is marketed as a family festival and parents need to be able shelter their kids from rain and sun. Bad decision GM- you've lost our custom which is a shame as this has become one of go to events over the last 5 yrs

Really think this is a bad idea and will make the festival a lot more difficult to enjoy. I understand the real issue is space not recycling. I think a good first step would be to ask people to be more considerate of the space they take up this year.

Camping is one of the biggest part of Greenman festival. Without Gazibo, it's not the same......we won't be able to chill out, chatting or drinking at campsite.

This is a bit of a rubbish idea... People need places to shelter and be sociable! Gazebos are a great space to be in, especially when it’s raining...

For the first time in 15 years our family may be going to an alternative festival. Our kids have grown up with GM settlers week being their main annual holiday. Now they’re adults and bring plenty of their friends, with our group increasing year on year. We were rready to buy earlybird setters ‘this week. Now we’re looking at other options.

Really Green Man!? A ban on staying out of the rain at a classicly (beautifully) rainy festival!!?? I am shocked after attending for 11yrs and only remembering one year it didn’t rain. Pleeeeease reconsider?

A very disappointing decision, particularly for anyone staying for a whole week in Settlers with a family. Our shelter not only provided shelter for the rain and shade from the sun for us but our friends with their tiny tents who had nowhere else to hide.

We have been coming to Green Man for 7 years and spend the whole week there. It becomes a home from home for a week. Without the event shelter we wouldn’t be able to cook and sit down and eat with our child. Sadly I might have to reconsider coming as I don’t see how we could make meals.

Not a family friendly option is it with rain being a prevelant theme.
Please see sense. We can;t cook without a gazebo.
