JVC was so far a great neighborhood for animal lovers, the parks were a great area to walk with our Dogs who could enjoy some of the few green areas in the city. It would be a better idea to restrict the entrance to dogs on a leash only, make mandatory the "poop picking" and maybe install trash bins around the parks.... some benches would be also brilliant.
