On November 8, 2016, at least 62 million United States citizens exercised their constitutional right to vote and successfully elected Donald J. Trump as president of the United States of America. President Trump carried 306 electoral votes, acquired across 2,623 counties in the United States, compared to 227 electoral votes from 489 counties for his opponent. Since then, electoral members have received deaths threats and were subject to unmerited pressure to take away President Trump's election. Individuals Main been many illegal aliens, supporters of illegal aliens, elected officials, and lawless American citizens, full of hate and dissatisfaction with the election results, have taken to the streets and have violated United States federal law and have harmed other people, destroyed public and private property. Elected officials, including U.S. senators, have incited riots and sedition and commended the conduct and actions of 209 individuals who have been indicted and charged with FELONY RIOTING. They have gone far passed peaceful protests, with little to no repercussion as provided by federal law. This lawlessness must be stopped before it escalates to a level that puts the safety of Americans in dire peril.

Elected politicians have refused to do their job and have intentionally hindered the completion of the duly elected president's cabinet and other positions of authority. Mainstream media outlets have propagated fake news and colluded with sore losers to "resist" the peaceful and complete transfer of power to President Trump's administration.

We, the undersigned demand that our United States Department of Justice immediately enforce immigration laws as they are currently written, without consideration of hardship that might be caused to those who have willfully violated United States immigration laws. No time is available to choose who may stay and who may go. If an alien was inadmissible upon entry into the United States, then the law is very specific about his or her summary removal. We need no new laws and we need no special favors for any person undocumented but living in the United States. Simply enforce the laws as they are written. U.S. Immigration Laws are diametrically opposed to allowing those who are residents in the United States of America by illegal entry or undocumented presence. Any compromise for any person violating immigration laws and remaining in the United States will simply aid and abet crimes committed and will breed disrespect for our laws. Lives have already been lost and covered up and this continued threat puts more Americans at risk of death and the United States at risk of financial collapse.

We, the undersigned, demand that all who have violated the following United States Code immediately be arrested and prosecuted. Our laws must be enforced, including against former President Barack Obama, who has set up an unprecedented attempt to call illegal aliens to violate voting laws and to resist and overthrow our duly elected president who has been forced to try to fulfill his presidential duties with a dysfunctional congress. The lawlessness must stop. The Department of Justice is authorized and bound by law to order arrests of every person who has advocated the assassination of our duly elected president Donald J. Trump or otherwise violated this United States Code:

Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government;

or

Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or

Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

As used in this section, the terms “organizes” and “organize”, with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.
